Navabi, Armin

Armin Navabi is an Iranian-Canadian atheist activist and author who founded the online platform Atheist Republic, one of the largest atheist communities globally. Born in Iran to a Muslim family, Navabi experienced a religious crisis in his youth that led to his eventual atheism. His books "There Is No God" (2014) and "Why There Is No God" (2014) present accessible arguments against theistic belief, drawing from scientific materialism, logical analysis, and critiques of religious epistemology. Navabi's work focuses on deconstructing common arguments for God's existence while providing support for those questioning or leaving religious faith.
